Help & Support
Answers about reading, age guidance, activities, accessibility, and reporting problems.
Reading stories
Stories work in a current web browser without an account. Choose from the library by age or series. Age bands are editorial starting points; a grown-up should preview the story and decide whether its length, language, and emotional content suit the reader and the moment.
Activities and safety
Every activity is optional and intended for shared use. Adults must choose age-appropriate materials and supervision, especially for small pieces, food, outdoor spaces, water, movement, or tools. Stop an activity that feels uncomfortable or unsafe.
Accessibility
The site uses semantic headings, keyboard-accessible navigation, descriptive image text, visible focus states, responsive type, and text alternatives to visual activities. If a page creates an access barrier, email server@looklikegames.com with the URL, device, browser, and a short description.
Report a problem
For broken pages, factual concerns, inappropriate material, or correction requests, include the exact URL and what you observed. Do not send children’s personal information, passwords, photographs, payment details, or confidential records.
